In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "y777" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to y777.lol, the online gaming platform operated under an international gaming licence and accessible at https://y777.lol.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account on y777 and uses the Platform's services.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, involving the submission and review of a Player's CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and related documents.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of online gaming services is prohibited under applicable law.

By registering an Account on y777 and by each subsequent login to the Platform, you represent and warrant unconditionally that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the y777 Platform;

3. You are acting on your own behalf as a principal and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on y777 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, different Pakistani mobile numbers, different CNIC numbers, or different device identifiers — constitutes fraud and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

Players must provide, at minimum: (a) a valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages; (b) a valid email address; (c) a date of birth confirming the 21+ age requirement; and (d) a full legal name matching the CNIC that will be submitted during KYC. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure without recourse.

2. Wagering requirements: All y777 bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the promotion details. Bonus funds that do not meet the applicable wagering requirement cannot be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion.
3. Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. A bet is only deemed accepted and confirmed when y777's system generates a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed during system delays, connection interruptions, or during market suspension are void and the stake is returned to the Player's Wallet. The display of odds on screen does not constitute acceptance of a bet until confirmation is received.

y777 reserves the right to: (a) change odds at any time prior to bet acceptance; (b) suspend, restrict, or close any market without prior notice; (c) impose maximum payout limits on any single event or any single account; (d) void bets on markets where a palpable pricing error has occurred. A palpable error means a price so obviously incorrect that no reasonable Person acting in good faith would have accepted it as an intended price.

For cricket markets, results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, BCCI, or the governing body of the relevant tournament). Where a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared no-result, y777 will apply the rules specific to that market type as published in the betting rules section of the Platform. In-play bets accepted after the official result is known — whether due to a data delay or any other technical reason — are void and the stake is returned.

The maximum single-event payout on y777 across all sports betting markets is Rs 10,000,000 (one crore Pakistani Rupees) per Player per event, unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing with the Player's account manager under the y777 VIP programme. y777 reserves the right to refuse bets or reduce stakes on any market or for any Player at its absolute discretion.

• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any payment legitimately made to y777;

2. Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
3. Failure to comply with a KYC verification request within the time specified;
4. Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age;
5. Discovery that the Player is resident in or accessing y777 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
6. Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the Player against y777;
7. Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being accessed by an unauthorised third party;
8. A regulatory or law enforcement requirement to do so.

• Any unauthorised access to the Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to adequately protect their credentials;
• Any temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in odds, prices, or market data displayed on the Platform;
• Any decision made by a sports governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.) that affects the settlement of a bet on the y777 Platform.

Where y777's liability cannot be excluded entirely, the total aggregate liability of y777 to a Player arising from or related to their use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
